Who We Are
​Dustin Poole - Sales, Design, & Project Development
Dustin brings the creative vision to Craftera, backed by years of residential design and construction knowledge. He works with clients through the sales and early planning stages to understand what they want to accomplish and translate those ideas into thoughtful functional designs. His construction knowledge allows him to look beyond the drawings and consider how projects will actually be built, helping to ensure proposed projects are feasible and budgets are attainable.

Sharon Lavigne - Business Management, Finance, & Administration
With more than 30 years of construction industry experience, Sharon understands both the construction process and the business behind it. Her strength is organization and keeping the many pieces of the company and its projects on track. She oversees business administration and financial milestones, supports scheduling and documentation, and helps ensure important details, commitments, and follow=up are overlooked.​

Matt Scharf - Construction Operations & Project Delivery
Matt is the person who makes the build happen. He takes the project through construction to completion, coordinating materials, trades, schedules, and day-to-day site requirements. He develops the construction schedule and works to ensure it is followed while addressing the realities that arise during a build. As the boots-on-the-ground construction leader. Matt is there for the client and project team, turning the design and planning into a completed home or renovation.
